Cancellation Policy
For registration fees to be refunded, written notice of cancellation must be received by Jonathan Wood & Associates by January 3, 2011. The amount of registration fees remitted, minus a $75 administrative charge, will be refunded. Substitutions are permitted with written notification. After January 3, no refunds will be made.
Registration Fee Inclusions
The registration fee includes program materials, and admission to all sessions and food functions as specified on the final program agenda.

A block of rooms has been reserved for registrants at a special meeting rate of $179 plus taxes. You must be registered before being assigned a room, which will be available on a first-come basis.
To reserve a room, complete the online registration form or call 201-594-0400 ext. 106 by December 28, 2010.
Do not call the hotel directly. The conference rate is guaranteed from January 26 - 31, 2011, based on guest room availability. Your credit card will be charged by the hotel upon check out. Room cancellations must be made through Jonathan Wood & Associates no later than 5 business days in advance of your scheduled arrival date. Otherwise your credit card will be charged for 1 hotel night.
